- On the orders of the local authority
- Emergency situations and natural disasters
Halong Sonata cruise has the right to cancel the tours immediately with the following situations
- Cancellation before arriving Tuan Chau Habour: Free of Charge
- Cancellation at Tuan Chau Habour with or without lunch: You are charged 50% of the trip
- Cancellation as you are already aboard on Halong: You are charged 100% of the trip.
Please note if you book the trip via our authorised travel agents/hotels, refund will be settled there.
