1. How many passengers does the ship host maximum?
Answer: We host maximum 90 passengers aboard because this is a very big ship with 3 decks.
2. Are there any outdoor activities during the cruise?
Answer: With 6 hours cruising, you will attend some activities as visiting the dry cave, visiting/swimming on the Island, Kayaking or doing bamboo boat or speedboat experience (optional)
3. Do you offer pick-up and drop-off in Hanoi Old Quarter? If yes, when and how?
Answer: We offer pick-up and drop-off in Hanoi Old Quarter, the time to pick you up is from 8.30 am – 9.15 am because the bus need to pick up many small groups and it depends on traffic condition and passengers’ punctuality.
So you can enjoy short city tour and depart for Halong Bay as soon as the pick-up finishes.
4. If I stay outside Hanoi Old Quarter, could you pick me up?
Answer: No, the bus could not go further due to traffic and distance limit. Please come to our office at 20 Hang Muoi street around 8.15 am or be ready at Hanoi Opera House from 8.50 am – 9.15 am to be picked up.
5. Is pick-up time punctual? Why?
Answer: We cannot guarantee the punctuality of pick-up time because it depends on traffic condition and other passengers’punctuality, so be happy to sit on the bus to enjoy a short city tour till departure for Halong Bay.
6. How can I pay for the tour?
Answer: Please pay in advance as soon as our travel consultant confirm the booking with you via email/whatsApp. Payment is made by credit card or by cash at my office or we will go to your hotel to collect the payment.
7. Who do I contact to book the tour? How is the cancellation policy?

8. What should I bring with me during the trip?
Answer: You should take umbrealla, hat, sunglasses, small money Vietnam Dong, USD, AUD, EUR for payment of drinks or souvenirs.
9. How do I know that my tour is confirmed?
Answer: After you receive the confirmation from our travel consultant through email or WhatsApp’s message, your booking is confirmed.
10. How is the lunch aboard?
Answer: The lunch aboard is Buffet style, there are more than 20 dishes catered for guests with style of western and eastern to suit people’s tastes from all over the world from meat/fish eater to vegetarians or vegans.
11. How long does it take from Hanoi to Halong Bay? Do we have a stop for coffee or toilet?
Answer: It takes you 3 hours from Hanoi to Halong Bay. On the way, we stop 1 or 2 times of 20 minutes for toilet or have a cup of coffee/tea. The stopover is combined between souvenir shop and Cafe Lounge. You do not need to buy souvenir if you do not want.
12. Can I get sea sick?
Answer: No, you cannot get seasick, Halong Bay is a sheltered place with hundreds of island surrounded, so there is no big wave there.
13. Are pregnant women and kids safe aboard?
Answer: This is a big ship with comfortable space and environment with standard marine safety equippments, they can be safe.
14. Are outdoor activities during the trip hard or dangerous?
Answer: No, they are not. But you should consider Kayaking and Hiking to Titov summit if you are not healthy enough.
15. What is not included on cruise?
Answer: Drinks, kayaking/bamboo boat, travel insurance, tips are not included.
16. Does the ship have swimming pool?
Answer: Yes it does, however, due to limit of length, the pool is small. It suitable for some adults and kids with simple bathing. You cannot swim there.

18. If I am a vegetarian, could I have my own menu?
Answer: The lunch is in buffet style, there are many vegetarian dishes, you can selet what is suitable for you.
19. Are there any entertainment activity aboard?
Answer: On the way to go back to Tuan Chau island for disembarkation, we offer ultimate Vietnam traditional music by actors aboard while you enjoy Sunset snack.
20. What time do we disembark/leave the ship to go back Hanoi?
Answer: You will leave the ship about 17.30 – 18.00 pm to get on bus to Hanoi
21. What time does the ship leave Tuan Chau to explore Halong Bay?
Answer: The ship leaves Tuan Chau habor from 12.00 – 12.30 to explore Halong Bay.
22. Is there anyone can speak English aboard?
Answer: Cruise Manager and Tour guide can speak English aboard.
23. Can I pay by credit card aboard?
Answer: No, you cannot. We accept on cash due to there is no availability of Internet aboard. You can pay by VND, USD, AUD, EUR
24. Do you have luxury transfer for this tour?
Answer: Yes, We offer Limousine bus with bigger seats and less people on the bus. The pick-up time is faster and more puctual.
